Dental Assistant *MD X-RAY CERTIFICATION REQUIRED* - My Kids Dental Center - Silver Spring, MD

*Job Summary:* We are looking for an active x-ray certified, licensed DA to assist the dentist during exam and treatment procedures. DA would take x-rays, educate patients on oral hygiene practices, manage patient charting and patient notes, sterilize and maintain dental instruments and other equipment and other duties as assigned. Key responsibilities: - Provide chair-side assistance during dental procedures - Uphold strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols - Perform dental receptionist duties as needed - Experience with Denticon software would be a plus -Customer service experience would be a plus *Dental Assistant Qualifications:* - 2 + Years of Experience in a dental practice/ as a dental assistant (preferred) - X -Rays certificated (MD X-RAY CERTIFICATION REQUIRED) - Spanish Speaking ( Preferred) -Experience with sedation dentistry is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour Benefits: Free parking Opportunities for advancement Work Location: In person
