Job Title: Front Office Pediatric Dental Team Member – Whole-Body Health Focused Practice Location: West Lake Hills, TX Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 3:30PM Pay: $18–$26 per hour, depending on experience Start Date: July 7, 2025 About Us: We are a purpose-driven pediatric dental practice focused on whole-body health. What We're Looking For: We’re seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and depdendable Front Office Dental Team Member to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. You’ll play a key role in creating smooth, supportive experiences for families and team members. The ideal candidate is organized, confident with dental insurance and case presentation, and excited to work in a values-driven, wellness-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Manage scheduling to ensure efficient flow and optimal care Present treatment plans and review financial options with families Verify insurance, submit claims and attachments, handle appeals, and track unpaid claims Collect payments from patients and insurance Respond to phone calls, emails, and texts with clarity, promptness, and care Maintain organized, accurate patient records and financial documentation Support a calm, clean, eco-conscious front office environment Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a dental office (pediatric preferred) Proficiency in insurance verification, billing, and case presentation Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Passion for supporting families and working in a wellness-oriented practice Spanish fluency is a plus Why Join Us?
