ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to work directly alongside Dr. Munis every day. This is a chairside role first and foremost. You will be her right hand in the operatory, and the expectation is that you are someone who takes pride in that work. That said, we are a small team, which means everyone pitches in. We are not looking for someone who clocks out the moment their assigned duties are done. We are looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and does it, whether that is a clinical task, helping the front desk, or supporting a teammate during a busy stretch. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Assist Dr. Munis chairside during restorative procedures, extractions, and general dentistry Prepare and break down treatment rooms, ensuring instruments are sterilized and infection control protocols are followed without exception Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral scanning as needed Maintain accurate patient records in Curve Dental, our primary practice management system Navigate Dentrix for legacy patient records and documentation as needed Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral health in a way that is warm and easy to understand Support front desk and other team members when the schedule or situation calls for it Stay current on clinical best practices and be willing to grow with the practice WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with hands-on experience as a dental assistant Proficiency in Curve Dental or a strong willingness to learn it quickly Working knowledge of Dentrix is a plus Experience with digital X-rays and intraoral scanning Someone who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and takes infection control seriously A true team player who jumps in when someone needs help Professional, warm, and patient-facing, our patients deserve to feel at ease from the moment they sit down SCHEDULE Monday through Thursday Full-time, in-person at our central Austin office WHAT WE OFFER Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays (if the holiday falls on a working day) Personalized scrubs provided after your 90-day period Continuing education (CE) courses paid for by the practice A small, close team where your contributions are seen and appreciated A practice built on relationships, not volume If this sounds like the kind of place you have been looking for, we would love to hear from you.
