Oral Surgery RDA | Align Oral Surgery | San Antonio, TX We're Align Oral Surgery, a growing dental group in San Antonio, and we're looking for an RDA who's ready to do more than sit in one chair at one location. This is a traveling role covering our San Antonio and Austin area locations, and we're looking for someone who's energized by that, not intimidated by it. You'll have a consistent schedule, full mileage reimbursement for travel between locations, and Saturdays that wrap up by 3pm. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with orthodontic and/or oral surgery procedures chairside Setting up, breaking down, and sterilizing treatment rooms between patients Taking radiographs and keeping patient charts accurate and current Making patients feel comfortable and well-informed from the moment they sit down Managing lab cases and quality-checking incoming lab work Supporting scheduling and re-care so patients leave with their next appointment booked Following all infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA protocols
