Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Weimar, CA
Blue Stone Health & Wellness is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch dental care and ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms for patient care, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, providing necessary instruments and materials. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments in compliance with infection control protocols. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care instructions. Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment plans. Perform basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow. Provide chairside support and comfort to patients during procedures. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant required. Dental Assistant certification or relevant dental training is a plus. Dental X-ray license is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Friendly demeanor, self-motivated, and a strong sense of responsibility.
