Responsibilities Adult and pediatric prophylaxis Periodontal maintenance Scaling and root planing Comprehensive periodontal charting Digital radiographs Oral hygiene instruction and Patient education Assisting in comprehensive treatment planning Maintaining accurate clinical records Requirements Current Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist License Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Passion for providing exceptional patient care Local anesthesia certification (preferred) Compensation and Benefit $40–65 per hour , based on experience and qualifications 401(k) with employer contribution (if applicable) Separated independent hygiene rooms Supportive team environment Modern digital technology, including CBCT, intraoral camera, intraoral scan etc. Opportunity for professional growth, including CE, research, and publication.
