Dental Assistant / EFDA Hampton Hill Dental – St. Louis, MO 63109 Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience and certifications Join Our Growing Dental Team! Hampton Hill Dental is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Dental Assistant or Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our modern, patient-focused practice. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments Sterilize and maintain dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines Take digital radiographs (X-rays) Perform expanded functions (if EFDA certified) Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft dental software Assist with impressions, temporary crowns, and other clinical procedures Ensure treatment rooms remain organized and fully stocked Work collaboratively with the entire dental team to provide excellent patient care Qualifications Dental Assistant experience preferred EFDA certification preferred but not required Current Missouri Dental Assistant/EFDA certifications (if applicable) Current CPR certification Radiology certification Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Reliable and punctual What We Offer Competitive pay Health insurance contribution or monthly health benefit allowance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Uniform allowance Continuing education opportunities Supportive, family-oriented work environment Modern technology and equipment Opportunity for professional growth and advancement Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Why Hampton Hill Dental?
