Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Prepare patients for treatments, ensure their comfort in the chair, and provide post-operative instructions. Chairside Assisting: Hand instruments to the dentist during operative, preventative, and surgical procedures. Clinical Prep: Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments, set up treatment trays, and maintain clean, stocked operatories. Diagnostics: Take high-quality digital X-rays and diagnostic impressions. Requirements & Qualifications Dental Assistant certification preferred. X-ray certification a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
