Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Weston, FL

Job Overview We are looking for a cheerful, motivated, and skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing, patientâfocused dental team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detailâoriented, and committed to creating a welcoming experience for every patient. This role includes both clinical assisting and occasional frontâoffice support, helping ensure our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures with confidence, professionalism, and a positive attitude Support front desk operations when needed, including answering phones and helping with scheduling Prepare and maintain treatment rooms; sterilize instruments; ensure supplies are stocked, organized, and ordered Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Dentrix Capture highâquality digital Xârays using Dexis Perform digital scanning with CEREC and iTero Lumina systems Manage lab cases, appointment scheduling, and patient followâups to support optimal workflow Follow strict infection control and aseptic protocols Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care and a smooth clinical experience Experience & Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting Knowledge of general and cosmetic dentistry procedures Experience with Dexis, iTero, Invisalign, CEREC, and Dentrix is a strong asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A friendly, teamâoriented attitude with a commitment to patient comfort and care Join Us!
