Smooth Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to join our team! We believe our front desk is one of the most important roles in the office, you're the first smile our patients see and help create a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

We take pride in providing exceptional patient care while maintaining a supportive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. This position also serves as a backup Treatment Planner, offering opportunities to learn.

Dental experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.

Clinical Setting

Our facility features advanced dental equipment and digital imaging systems, allowing our team to provide comprehensive care efficiently. We work together as a team to make every patient feel welcome while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

• Serve as a backup Treatment Planner when needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete administrative tasks
• Support office organization, daily operations, and patient satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing learning and contribute to a positive team culture
