We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist to join our growing practice.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, courteous manner
- Manage multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries
- Collect and process patient information, including insurance details
- Assist with billing and payment procedures
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring patient forms and documents are readily available
- Communicate effectively with dental staff and patients
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus, but we welcome candidates without experience who are eager to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly recommended (but not required). If you speak a second language, please indicate which language in your application.
