What We’re Looking For: ✔ Reliable and punctual – we count on you! ✔ Compassionate and patient-focused – committed to excellent care ✔ Quick learner with a strong work ethic ✔ Ability to adapt and multitask in a busy setting ✔ Positive attitude and excellent team spirit ✔ Eagerness to grow and develop in the dental field Responsibilities: - Provide chairside assistance to dentists during a range of procedures, including root canal therapy, extractions, impressions, and temporary crown fabrication, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort. - Maintain and update patients’ dental EMR accurately. - Maintain compliance with dental office protocols, including weekly spore testing, Quarterly waterline testing, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations, to ensure a safe and regulatory-compliant environment. - Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment to ensure a safe, sanitary, and compliant clinical environment. - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide clear postoperative care instructions to support their recovery and long-term dental health. - Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and a seamless clinical experience.
