What You'll Do Assist doctors during a wide variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency Capture high-quality digital radiographs Educate patients and help create an outstanding patient experience Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines Work closely with a team that genuinely supports one another QualificationsRequired Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Arizona X-ray certification (or ability to obtain as required) Excellent chairside assisting skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Reliable, punctual, and professional Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Passion for delivering exceptional patient care Preferred (But Not Required) Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification – highly valued and offers additional opportunities within our practice Experience with CEREC and digital dentistry Experience with Open Dental software Experience with intraoral scanners and digital workflows Commitment to continuing education and professional growth Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Loves helping patients feel comfortable and cared for Thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality practice Is excited about learning and using advanced dental technology Takes pride in their work and attention to detail Wants a long-term career—not just another job If you're an experienced Dental Assistant, we'd love to hear from you.
