Restorative General Dental Assistant Position Overview Our friendly, patient-centered biologic dentistry practice is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative, positive environment. Responsibilities Provide 5-star patient care from start to finish Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures General Dentistry Assisting (4 days/week) Surgical Dental Assisting (1 day/week) Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Treatment plan presentation Set up and break down operatories Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions Manage instrument inventory and clinical supplies Ensure accurate charting and documentation Help create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Minimum Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Registered Dental Assistant and Radiology certified Skilled in 4-handed dentistry, Itero, and Cerec Prime Scan experience CPR certification Experience fabricating and trimming Essix retainers . Comfortable working with advanced dental technology, including digital imaging, intraoral scanners, and other modern clinical equipment. Advanced knowledge of General Dentistry Restorative Treatment workflows (i.e., CEREC Crown, Implant Crown, Invisalign, Bridges, Flippers, Composite Fillings, Veneers, Inlays/Onlays) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to excellence A team player who brings energy, reliability, and heart to their work Intrinsically motivated and eager to grow your career (EFDA interest a plus!)
