Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup Take and develop diagnostic radiology images (X-rays) to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing techniques, and overall oral hygiene best practices Assist dentists during examinations, procedures, and treatments with precision and care Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR management) efficiently to ensure accurate documentation of patient visits Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, including manual handling procedures and sterilization standards Maintain a clean, organized treatment area while providing exceptional patient comfort and care Skills Proven experience in critical care or acute care settings enhances your ability to handle diverse patient needs confidently Certification in basic life support (BLS) and CPR is essential for emergency preparedness Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental and healthcare environments Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/EHR management) systems for seamless documentation Ability to interpret diagnostic radiology images accurately for comprehensive patient assessment Excellent manual handling skills to ensure safe patient positioning and instrument management Join us in delivering exceptional dental services that improve lives!
