Due to high growth, our practice is ready to welcome another provider to our talented team. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in molar root canals, surgical extractions, simple bone grafting, dentures, and general dentistry. Mentorship and training is available if you are not proficient in one or any of these categories! Exceptional patient communication skills and the ability to carry out same-day treatments are essential. The position is primarily for weekend coverage (Saturdays and Sundays only). You'll be working with our highly skilled team trained to assist you in delivering quality dental services. The General Dentist role boasts a high-paying compensation structure, offering pay of $1,000 per day or up to 32% of collections, whichever is higher. On average, our current providers earn approximately $2,500 per day, equating to an annualized full-time income of $250,000+ per year. Our practice is out of network with insurance companies (fee for services) and without Medicaid involvement, making it much easier to be compensated off of collections, rather than the daily minimum.
