Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise in general dentistry, and various specialized procedures will contribute to creating a positive and comfortable environment for our patients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, possess strong clinical skills, and thrive in a collaborative setting that values continuous learning and professional growth. Our current doctors are averaging $5,000-$7,000 a day in production. Schedule 1-3 days/week Compensation $850/day daily minimum guarantee or 30% of adjusted production (whichever is greater) Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, extractions, crowns/bridge, prosthodontics with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, explaining treatment options clearly using appropriate dental and medical terminology, and developing personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental imaging technology such as digital X-rays to diagnose conditions accurately while maintaining strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure all medical records are up-to-date and securely stored. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to deliver four-handed dentistry that enhances efficiency and patient comfort. Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term dental wellness. Adhere to all safety standards including infection control procedures, sterilization processes, and proper use of dental equipment such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix practice management software. Experience 3+ years of experience working as a dentist in a dental office environment with a strong foundation in general dentistry procedures. Demonstrated proficiency in pediatric dentistry techniques and managing pediatric patients effectively. Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, indirect and direct restorations, and prosthodontics. Familiarity with dental terminology, medical terminology related to dentistry, and the use of medical imaging tools for diagnosis. Knowledge of infection control standards including aseptic technique and sterilization processes aligned with OSHA guidelines. Experience utilizing practice management software Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, billing, and record keeping is highly preferred. Ability to communicate clearly with patients of diverse backgrounds while maintaining professionalism at all times.
