Treatment Coordinator | Full-Time Wood Park Dental Looking for more than just a job? At Wood Park Dental, we're looking for someone who wants to make a difference in patients' lives every single day. We believe dentistry is about building relationships, creating confidence, and helping people achieve better health—not simply scheduling appointments. We're a privately owned, patient-centered practice that values positivity, teamwork, accountability, and continuous growth. If you're someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, we'd love to meet you. About the Position This is an exciting full-time opportunity with room to grow as our practice continues to expand. We're searching for a motivated, compassionate professional who enjoys taking ownership of their role while working alongside a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do. Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator is preferred, but we're also happy to train someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping patients. What You'll Do As one of the first and last faces our patients see, you'll play an essential role in helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental journey. Responsibilities include: Guiding new patients through treatment recommendations and answering questions with confidence and compassion. Discussing treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial options in a clear, comfortable, and professional manner. Coordinating treatment schedules, surgeries, post-operative appointments, and new patient visits. Serving as the primary liaison between our doctors, patients, and referring offices. Submitting and tracking insurance pre-authorizations and pre-estimates. Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with scheduling needs. Confirming appointments and ensuring all scheduling protocols have been completed. Welcoming patients during check-in and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Delivering an outstanding patient experience from the first phone call to the completion of treatment. Who You Are Our ideal teammate is someone who: Loves helping people and building lasting relationships. Brings positive energy and professionalism every day. Thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and detail-oriented. Is dependable, accountable, and takes initiative. Enjoys collaborating with a team and understands that everyone contributes to our success. Is coachable, open-minded, and committed to continuous learning. Communicates respectfully and professionally with both patients and coworkers. Focuses on finding solutions rather than creating conflict. Takes pride in the success of the entire team, not just their individual responsibilities. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Monday–Thursday schedule with half-day Fridays (one a month) Flexible scheduling options Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical insurance 401(k) with employer match Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid holidays Annual scrub allowance Paid CPR certification Continuing education opportunities Comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed At Wood Park Dental, we know starting a new position can feel overwhelming. If you're looking for a workplace where you'll be appreciated, challenged, and supported while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives, we'd love to hear from you.
