We are a fun, caring and friendly pediatric dental office who is looking for a dental assistant with great assisting skills and a positive attitude. We are looking for an assistant who loves kids and will help create a happy experience for all patients, who is also organized to help the office run efficiently. We work Monday-Thursday and every other Saturday which is about 28-30 hrs/week. Responsibilities Bring patients back to operatory once checked in Prepare exam rooms, sterilizing instruments and ensuring all instruments are set up as needed Chairside assisting during procedures Take impressions if needed Ability to take diagnostic digital x-rays Provide post-op instructions Maintain operatories and sterilization equipment Keep operatories clean and well stocked Keep inventory on dental supplies General upkeep and cleaning of the office Skills Experience as a dental assistant Great communication skills with patients and parents Detail oriented Reliable Team player Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Medical Specialty: Pediatrics Work Location: In person
