Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Leesburg, VA
Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join our team. Duties Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, restorations, and surgical procedures . Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly. Maintain infection control protocols by adhering to sterilization standards and safety procedures at all times. Coordinate appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction. Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order materials as needed to ensure smooth work flow. Requirements Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a similar clinical support role is preferred. Training for the right person will be considered. Familiarity with infection control practices, manual handling techniques, and sterilization processes. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to help create positive patient experiences.
