We are a growing, multi-doctor private dental practice looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to become the first smile our patients see and hear. Compensation: $24–$28 per hour , based on experience. What You'll Do Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism. Schedule appointments efficiently while helping patients understand their treatment needs. Answer phones and communicate with kindness and confidence. Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial arrangements. Coordinate with our clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly. Create an outstanding experience that keeps patients coming back and referring their family and friends. What We're Looking For Previous dental front office experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
