Dental Sterilization Technician (Will Train) We are a private, non-corporate, holistic general dental practice seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and committed to providing excellent patient care. No prior experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate. Schedule: Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort Set up instruments, equipment, and materials for procedures Sterilize instruments in compliance with all regulations and protocols Assist with lab tasks as directed Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms Ensure operatories are fully stocked and ready for use Accurately maintain patient records Qualifications & Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and adhere to office protocols Understanding of health and safety regulations (including OSHA and HIPAA) Good computer skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual High school diploma or equivalent required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
