Dental Office Patient Coordinator - Kerber Smiles - Kenosha, WI

Kerber Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to join our front office! This is much more than a receptionist position—our Patient Coordinator helps guide each family through their entire experience with our office, from their first phone call to checkout after their appointment. Responsibilities include: * Greeting patients and families and creating a welcoming environment * Answering incoming phone calls and emails * Scheduling and confirming appointments * Verifying dental insurance benefits and patient copays * Maintaining accurate patient records * Coordinating with referring doctors and specialist offices * Monitoring office email and social media messages * Assisting with patient check-in, checkout, and other daily administrative tasks The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working with children and families. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential. Dentrix experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
