Associate Prosthodontist – Colorado's Premier Prosthodontic Specialty Group Restorative Dentistry Group is one of the only private, doctor-led prosthodontic specialty groups in the country with six practices and an in-house dental lab. We're growing, and we're looking for an Associate Prosthodontist to join us in the Denver metro area — full-time or part-time. Compensation: . You're paid a competitive percentage of your applied collections — your production, your earnings. Our practices generate a steady flow of full-arch reconstructions, implant-supported prosthetics, and complex restorative cases — the dentistry you trained for. Our in-house lab (Restorative Dental Lab) means same-team communication on every case and outcomes you control. What You'll Do Diagnose and treat complex restorative and implant-based cases, including full-mouth reconstructions and AoX cases Present treatment plans and build long-term patient relationships Collaborate directly with our in-house lab technicians and ceramists on case design Work alongside experienced prosthodontists who mentor, not micromanage What We're Looking For DMD/DDS plus completion of a prosthodontics residency (new residency graduates welcome) Colorado dental license or eligibility to obtain one Confidence across fixed, removable, implant, and cosmetic prosthodontics Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment What We Offer 401(k) with company match Medical insurance Professional liability coverage CE allowance Mentorship from experienced prosthodontists Full digital workflow: intraoral scanners, CBCT, digital design Full-time or part-time options available Why Restorative Dentistry Group?
