Your Mission Welcome every family like they're guests in your home. Keep our schedule running smoothly. Answer phones, texts, and questions with confidence. Verify insurance and explain financial information clearly. Check patients in and out with efficiency and accuracy. Collect payments and maintain organized patient records. Support our clinical team in creating five-star patient experiences.
