Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Glen Ellyn, IL
Summary: Glen Ellyn Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a self-motivated new team member. At GEPDO we put the patient first. We are seeking a team player who is a hard worker, has a positive attitude, and able to work 1-2 Saturdayâs a month. The candidate must be: - Willing to learn - Reliable - Have a good work ethic - Have good communication skills - Have a positive attitude Experience: Orthodontic experience preferred Dental Specialty: Orthodontics Duties: - Greet and seat patients - Assist chair-side for adjustments, bonding, debonding, appliance deliveries, and other orthodontic procedures - Take digital scans, photographs, and X-rays - Sterilize instruments and treatment rooms - Take/Update patient records using dental software - Shared cleaning responsibilities Licenses / Certificates: - Coronal Polishing (Required) Schedule: Mon-Fri, 1-2 Saturdays per month Hours per Week: 35-40 hours Pay: Based on experience, but can range from $16 - $28 per hour Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
