Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions - Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently - Manage reservations and cancellations using the hotel's computer system - Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills is required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
