Dental Hygienist - Tues/Wed/Thurs with FULL TIME BENEFITS!

Our private, boutique general dentistry practice in Westwood is seeking a dental hygienist to join our team three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Although this is a 3‑day schedule, the position is treated as full‑time, with a full benefits package including health insurance, SIMPLE IRA employer matching, paid vacation, and paid holidays.

We value reliability, clinical excellence, and strong organizational and communication skills. Our fee‑for‑service practice is committed to delivering an exceptional, personalized patient experience. Standard hygiene appointments are 60 minutes, with 60 minutes allocated per quad for SRP.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Performing prophy, perio maintenance, SRP, laser therapy, and fluoride treatments

• Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

• Reviewing medical histories and assessing oral health

• Co‑diagnosing areas of decay or compromised restorations in collaboration with the dentist

• Documenting recommended care and treatment plans

• Taking digital X‑rays

• Capturing intraoral photos to support patient education

• Conducting iTero scanning (training provided)
