Registered Dental Hygienist

VIBE Dental is seeking a caring, dependable, and productive Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing private practice.

We are looking for a hygienist who provides excellent clinical care, educates patients clearly, supports periodontal health, and helps patients remain consistent with recommended continuing care.

Responsibilities

• Perform adult and child prophylaxis
• Perform periodontal maintenance and scaling and root planing
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs
• Complete periodontal charting
• Educate patients about oral health and recommended treatment
• Identify and communicate potential areas of concern to the doctor
• Review recommended treatment with patients
• Help patients schedule their next hygiene appointment
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
• Follow proper infection-control and sterilization procedures
• Keep the hygiene schedule running efficiently
• Support same-day treatment when appropriate

Qualifications

• Current Arizona dental hygiene license
• Current CPR certification
• Current local anesthesia certification, when applicable
• Strong periodontal and patient-education skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy private practice
• Dentrix experience preferred
• Experience with digital X-rays and intraoral cameras preferred

Schedule

Full-time, part-time, and weekend opportunities may be considered. Saturday and Sunday availability is especially valuable.

Compensation

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, availability, productivity, and overall fit.
