Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Bonus opportunities Paid time off Paid holidays Continuing education support Positive, team-oriented work environment Schedule 4 days per week Responsibilities As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and patient screenings Provide prophylaxis and periodontal therapy Take and expose digital dental radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Record clinical findings and treatment notes accurately Assist the doctor in diagnosing periodontal conditions Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols Utilize Eaglesoft practice management software Deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring patient comfort Collaborate with the dental team to provide an outstanding patient experience Qualifications Required Current CPR/BLS certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and positive attitude Team-player mentality Strong commitment to patient care and education Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Availability to work Fridays from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Preferred Experience with Eaglesoft Experience with iTero digital scanner Experience using Dentrix Voice/Microphone Dictation (or similar digital charting technology) What We're Looking For We're searching for an RDH who is passionate about preventive dentistry and enjoys creating a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient.
