Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum 1+ year in general dentistry (RDA). - Skills: Friendly, punctual, and organized with excellent communication skills. - Technical Proficiency: Good at Xrays. Familiarity with Eaglesoft, iTero scanning, and CT scanning is a plus. - Traits: Trustworthy, honest, dependable, and professional. Key Responsibilities: - Capture high-quality X-rays. - Coronal Polishing - Take accurate impressions and create temporary crowns. - Adhere to proper sterilization and infection control protocols. - Maintain a clean, organized Office and workspace. - Setting up and Breakdown of rooms. - Efficiently able to Chart treatments. - Taking thorough Patient Notes. - Effectively communicate with patients. - Coordinate with labs, including case preparation and follow-up. - All other duties associated with the RDA role. - Help with other office tasks as assigned Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
