Responsibilities Assist the doctor during orthodontic and dental procedures while maintaining an efficient clinical workflow Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment according to infection control and safety standards Take dental X-rays and ensure compliance with all safety protocols Provide support in pediatric and orthodontic procedures with professionalism and attention to patient comfort Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and post-treatment instructions Maintain treatment room cleanliness and manage clinical inventory and supplies Support daily office operations and help foster a positive team environment Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for every patient Qualifications Previous Orthodontic dental assisting experience required Experience working with children in a dental or orthodontic setting strongly preferred Knowledge of dental procedures, anatomy, sterilization, and infection control protocols Ability to take accurate dental X-rays and maintain organized patient records Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach Highly organized, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join our growing practice and make a difference by helping create confident, healthy smiles in a fun and supportive environment.
