What You’ll Do As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in creating an outstanding patient experience while supporting comprehensive, high-quality dentistry. Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting for a wide range of dental procedures Taking digital radiographs and intraoral photographs Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining proper sterilization protocols Educating patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit Assisting with same-day treatment and comprehensive care Maintaining accurate clinical records Supporting our doctors and teammates to keep the schedule running smoothly What We’re Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred Florida radiology certification (required) Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people Excellent communication and teamwork skills Dependable, organized, and detail oriented Someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience Eager to learn, grow, and advance within a rapidly expanding organization Why You’ll Love Working Here At Making Awesome Smiles, we believe our people are our greatest investment.
