Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator (MUST HAVE PRIOR DENTAL EXPERIENCE) We are a busy, PPO/Fee For Service patient-focused general dental practice seeking a reliable and experienced Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator to join our team... leading to office manager position. Responsibilities include: Processing dental insurance claims and billing Entering payments accurately into Dentrix Verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility Completing detailed insurance breakdowns Communicating effectively with patients and insurance companies Checking patients in and out Calculating and Collecting Copays Scheduling and Confirming Appointments Qualifications: Prior experience working in a dental office (required) Proficiency with Dentrix software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Professional, friendly demeanor and a team-oriented mindset Looking for someone who is able to work Monday - Friday (Full Time) We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and enjoys working collaboratively in a supportive office environment.
