We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team. Position Requirements Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience (required) Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Strong experience with dental insurance verification and eligibility Knowledge of dental terminology and administrative procedures Experience with Open Dental software is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily patient schedules to ensure smooth office flow Confirm, adjust, and optimize appointments to maximize provider productivity Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, frequencies, and coverage details Serve as the primary point of contact for patients by phone, text, email, and in person Support providers by maintaining productive and efficient schedules Assist patients with scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance questions, and general inquiries Handle cancellations, rescheduling requests, and urgent situations professionally Manage patient check-in, check-out, paperwork, and payment collection Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience working in a dental office Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and benefits Professional phone etiquette and communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Strong problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and reliability Why Join Us?
