Benefits for the Dental Assistant: Health Care Plan Pension Plan/ 401(k) Plan Paid Holidays Dental Care Schedule for the Dental Assistant: Monday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Every other Friday) Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (One Saturday a month) Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Assistant : Assist the doctor during dental procedures while providing excellent patient care and support Experience assisting with implants is preferred, but not required Perform chairside duties, including room setup, breakdown, and instrument sterilization Provide treatment education and presentations to patients (training provided) Build strong relationships with patients while providing a comfortable and positive experience Demonstrate reliability, empathy, and professionalism with both patients and team members Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining office logistics Perform digital workflows, including iOS scanning (training provided) Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Streamwood, IL 60107 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
