Group Dental Practice seeking Dedicated and Experienced Dental Assistant

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant for an opportunity to join our professional and dedicated team in August 2026 

We are a well established private practice in Tempe, AZ providing General Dentistry and specialist services to our patients.  The practice focus is 'patient's first'.  Our entire team works collaboratively to achieve optimal dental care for all of our patients. Our owner dentist was recognized as one of Phoenix Top Dentists for three consecutive years. Our facility features advanced dental equipment and digital imaging systems, allowing our team to provide comprehensive care efficiently. We prioritize patient comfort and maintain strict standards for infection control and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

We seek a dedicated professional with solid technical foundations and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative efforts.

We will require our new team member to have a minimum of 3 years chairside assisting experience with X-ray certification,  a strong knowledge of Dentrix, patient and operatory set up, and sterilization protocols.  The candidate will need to possess excellent communication and people skills along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.  Reliability, flexibility and having fun at work are all required to be a team member at Okun Dentistry.  CEREC experience is a definite plus.  The position is full-time 32 – 36 hours a week with one Saturday a month, 8 - 2.
