Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at a thriving dental clinic. Hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7:30-4:30 PM, occasional Saturdays from 8-12 pm are optional. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist with various procedures and ensure excellent patient care. Duties: - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Prepare patients for dental work - Take digital dental x-rays - Manage dental records and charting -Perform coronal polishing on patients - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices - Perform various office tasks as needed -Assist on children -Make night guards and bleaching trays Requirements: - Proven experience as a Dental Assistant - Knowledge of Eaglesoft software preferred - Familiarity with medical terminology and dental procedures - Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently - Experience in general dentistry, endodontics, pediatrics, and medical imaging - Strong organizational skills to manage dental systems effectively Although this is a part time position, we offer a 401k retirement plan, profit sharing and matching contribution, paid holidays and paid time off, and a health insurance stipend.
