Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dental team in Stillwater, MN. Whether you're an experienced dental assistant or just beginning your career, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures. Assist the dentist during a variety of restorative and surgical procedures. Sterilize and maintain instruments in accordance with OSHA and infection control guidelines. Take diagnostic dental radiographs. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate patient records and charting. Ensure operatories are clean, stocked, and ready for each patient. Work collaboratively with the front office and clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Dental Assistant License. Nitrous certification CPR certification or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy clinical environment. Experience is welcome but not required.
