Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a positive, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Whether you're an experienced assistant or a recent graduate eager to learn, we'd love to meet someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to provide five-star service to every patient.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each patient

• Take digital X-rays, impressions, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs

• Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards

• Educate patients on treatment and post-operative instructions

• Chart treatment and maintain accurate patient records in Eaglesoft

• Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies

• Ensure operatories remain clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and front office team to provide an exceptional patient experience

• Help keep the daily schedule running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Current RDA or Dental Assistant certification (preferred based on position)

• X-ray certification

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Dependable, punctual, and professional

• Comfortable using dental software (Eaglesoft experience is a plus)
