Join Our Growing Team! We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent clinical and communication skills who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, multi-provider environment. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare, disinfect, and break down treatment rooms following OSHA and CDC guidelines. Take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays). Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records using dental software. Educate patients on post-operative and oral hygiene instructions. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and sterilization protocols. Stock and organize operatories and clinical supplies. Deliver an outstanding patient experience while supporting the clinical team. Travel between our Fairfax and Falls Church offices as needed. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience required. Experience with CareStack or other dental practice management software. Knowledge of dental terminology, clinical procedures, and infection control standards. Current X-Ray Certification (or eligible to obtain). Reliable transportation and ability to work at both office locations. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-provider dental office.
