We are a privately owned boutique practice—not a large corporate chain or high-volume “assembly-line” office. Our practice combines personalized patient care with modern technology and multiple specialties under one roof. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced doctors in general dentistry, prosthodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry and periodontics while continuing to expand your clinical skills. Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes initiative and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide confident four-handed chairside assistance Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and materials Take diagnostic radiographs Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow sterilization, OSHA and infection-control protocols Support efficient patient flow throughout the day Assist with a variety of general and specialty procedures Help maintain organized, clean and well-stocked clinical areas Communicate warmly and professionally with patients and team members QUALIFICATIONS Dental-assisting experience required; two or more years preferred Current Virginia radiology certification Familiarity with digital dentistry and dental software preferred Strong organization, communication and time-management skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional, caring and team-oriented attitude Ability to work the complete four-day schedule Compensation will be based on experience, clinical proficiency and the ability to work independently.
