Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Love To Smile

We are looking for a positive, driven, patient-centric individual to join our dental team! Primary Essential Functions: Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including periodontal assessments, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, sealants, and patient-specific preventive care Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, periodontal health, and the oral-systemic health connection Record periodontal charting, medical history updates, clinical findings, and treatment recommendations Capture digital X-rays, iTero Health Scans, and Invisalign Photo Records Collaborate with our doctor team to diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive patient care Oversee all sterilization processes, instrument processing, equipment maintenance, operatory set-up/tear down, and compliance with infection control protocols Daily, weekly, and monthly equipment and operatory maintenance procedures Inventory for all clinical department supplies Support a positive patient experience by building lasting relationships and providing exceptional patient-centered care Success Factors: Self starter, can work well independently with minimal supervision Must be relational, empathetic, and enjoy connecting with patients High attention to detail is essential Works well within established systems and is able to improve upon them when necessary Comfort in a fast paced environment Able to prioritize tasks A long term desire to create a career in the dental field Bilingual skills are a plus but not required What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience and certifications) and a benefits package that includes 401(k) matching up to 6% , medical insurance , an employee discount on dental services , and a bonus structure Wealth management advisory Paid time off and holidays A positive, meaningful, and supportive work environment Career mobility with long term growth and development opportunities An opportunity to serve amazing patients and be part of community outreach events A convenient work schedule, which supports both personal and professional needs Technology forward, growth oriented dental practice Beautiful team facilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $43.00 - $52.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Application Question(s): Why should you be our next Love to Smile team member?
