We are seeking a friendly, bilingual Treatment Coordinator/Front Desk to join our multi-office private practice. The ideal candidate is comfortable using dental terminology, and discussing treatment plans, costs, and financial options with patients. This role plays a key part in case acceptance and overall patient experience. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Requirements: Bilingual (English/Spanish) 2+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator (minimum) 3+ years of experience in the dental field (minimum) Preferably have history working as Dental Assistant Ability to commute to multiple locations (Fontana, CA & Rialto, CA) Availability to start as soon as possible Responsibilities: Help patients understand treatment needs, options, and expectations Coordinate insurance benefits Facilitate financing options Keep patient records up to date Monitor patient treatment progress and update treatment plans as needed Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Adhere to HIPAA privacy regulations Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): Are you able to commute to multiple locations?
