Lead Clinical Manager (Dental) â Frederick & Ellicott City, MD We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Lead Clinical Manager to oversee our Frederick and Ellicott City locations. Qualifications: 5+ years of dental assisting experience Current Maryland Dental Radiation (X-ray) License Maryland Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Certification Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for training and developing others Responsibilities: Train and mentor dental assistants on: Explaining treatment plans to patients Clinical setup and chairside efficiency Managing a productive clinical schedule iTero scanning and digital workflows Ensure consistency in clinical protocols across both offices Oversee inventory management and ordering of clinical supplies Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of clinical equipment Support the doctors and office leadership in maintaining a high standard of patient care Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture This position is perfect for an experienced dental assistant who enjoys leadership, coaching others, and making a meaningful impact on a growing practice.
