As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for while supporting the doctor and clinical team in delivering outstanding dental care. What You'll Do As an essential member of our clinical team, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience by: Assisting the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Preparing treatment rooms before and after patient appointments Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards Taking digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and other clinical records Educating patients on treatment, oral hygiene, and home care Accurately charting treatment in Dentrix Maintaining supplies, equipment, and clinical organization Supporting teammates and helping wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is: Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused Organized with strong attention to detail A confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and accountable Positive, coachable, and eager to learn Comfortable using technology and learning new systems A team player who enjoys supporting others Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and customer service Dental assisting experience is preferred, but we're willing to train an exceptional candidate who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
