Sterilization Technician (Career Track to Dental Assistant) Baxter Dental Center – Baraboo, WI Pay: $18–22 per hour , depending on experience Expected Hours: Approximately 17–18 hours per week Schedule Wednesday: 8:30 AM – Close (typically by 7:30 PM) Thursday: 8:30 AM – Close (typically by 5:30 PM) Looking to Start a Career in Dentistry? We are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, enjoys learning, and takes pride in helping others. What You’ll Do Clean, sterilize, inspect, and organize dental instruments Prepare treatment rooms for patient care Set up instrument trays for dental procedures Stock operatories and maintain clinical supplies Help keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently Support the clinical team with day-to-day operations Receive on-the-job training in dental procedures and clinical skills, with the opportunity to advance into a Dental Assistant role We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Reliable and dependable Detail-oriented and organized Eager to learn and grow professionally Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to stay on their feet throughout the day A positive team player with a strong work ethic Previous dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
