Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures. Assist the dentist during a variety of treatments and procedures. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted by state regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate patient records and charting. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Provide a welcoming and compassionate experience for every patient. Qualifications Dental Assistant certification (if required by state regulations). X-ray certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
