Duties Assist dentists during various procedures, including general dentistry and surgery Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. Take X-rays, utilizing advanced technology such as cone beam scanners when necessary. Maintain accurate patient records, including dental coding and HIPAA compliance. Provide chairside assistance during examinations and treatments, ensuring patient comfort. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinical areas Qualifications Minimum 3 years RDA experience Knowledge of infection control and HIPPA practices in a dental setting Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.
