We are seeking an experienced Lead Dental Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist who is organized, professional, and passionate about dentistry. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, coordinating treatment, and ensuring the front office operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is confident presenting treatment plans, understands dental insurance and scheduling, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. This position reports directly to the Office Manager and offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Responsibilities Welcome patients with professionalism and create a warm, positive first impression. Present treatment plans and help patients understand their recommended care. Coordinate appointments for general, specialty, and hygiene services. Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial arrangements. Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help maximize case acceptance. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily patient schedule. Partner with the Office Manager to maintain efficient front office operations. Support the administrative team while ensuring every patient receives exceptional service. Qualifications Dental office experience is required. Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator and/or Dental Receptionist is required. Knowledge of treatment planning, dental terminology, insurance verification, and scheduling. Experience in a multi-specialty dental practice is strongly preferred. Outstanding communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
